Data you provide directly
When you fill in a contact form or callback request, we collect:
- First name and/or full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your main goal (e.g. stop smoking, stress, sleep)
- Preferred day and time slot
- Any optional message you choose to share
Data collected automatically
When you browse the site, we may collect technical data via cookies: pages visited, session duration, approximate location, device type. This data is only collected with your consent (see Section 5).

- Session data and analytics: 14 months (GA4 default)

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tracking. These cookies are only activated after your explicit consent via the banner displayed on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see our cookie policy.
6. Data sharing
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with:
- Web3Forms (form processing) — data processed in the EU
- Google LLC (Analytics, Ads) — subject to Standard Contractual Clauses
- Hostinger International (hosting) — servers in the EU

8. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to contact data is restricted to Stéphane Dupont exclusively. No sensitive health data (within the meaning of the GDPR) is collected via this site.
